High Assembly HGW-CC/HC Series Guideway Set Kits Linear Rail
Linear guide is consisted of rail, block, rolling elements, retainer, recirculator, end seal etc. By using the rolling elements, such as balls or rollers between the rail and block, the linear guide can achieve high precision linear motion.Linear guide block is divied to flange type and square type without flange.or Seal type block, Standard type block, Double bearing type block, Short type block. Also,linear block is divided to high load capacity with standard block lenth and ultra high load capacity with longer block length.

Q1: What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: We can accept trial orders (even 1 pc) for prototype, there are plenty of stocks in factory, and can be shipped very fast.
Q3: What's the packing way?
A: Commonly we use plastic film, kraft paper and boxed, also we can make as per customers' requirements
Q4: How to shipping?
A: By sea, air or rail. A small amount can be sent by courier (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, NTN etc.). Bulk shipped bu sea can be accepted.
Q5: Do you inspect the finished products?
A: Yes, we will do inspection according to lSO standard and ruled by our QC staff.
