Finished bearing rust prevention management

Finished bearing coated with anti-rust oil and sealed packaging can avoid the impact of atmospheric environment in the process of storage and transportation, resulting in rust and mildew, affecting the performance.

The finished bearing adopts twice kerosene mechanical spray washing, mechanical spray anti-rust lubrication oil and polyethylene sealing packaging.

Before kerosene spray washing, anti-rust lubrication and two oil spraying should be used to meet the requirements of the process filter element filtration, to ensure the cleanliness of the finished bearing, oil tank and machine clean once a month.

When inspectors and assemblers come into contact with finished parts and bearings, apply liquid gloves to avoid corrosion caused by hand sweat.

The finished bearing is handled and stored gently to avoid package damage.

The assembly room and the finished bearing storage room shall be dry, clean and pollution-free.
