Description:
The GAC…TL Series is a maintenance-free angular contact spherical plain bearing designed with a PTFE composite sliding layer. This series is engineered for applications requiring smooth articulation under combined loads while eliminating the need for relubrication.
The integrated self-lubricating liner provides low friction performance, reduced wear, and consistent motion accuracy. Compared with conventional steel-to-steel designs, the TL configuration significantly improves operational cleanliness and service stability.
This series is particularly suitable for precision mechanical systems where lubrication access is limited or contamination control is critical.
